Kraus is renowned for his notable expertise in capital markets, joint ventures, and M&A transactions. In his current role, he is a partner at Scale LLP, a law firm that specializes in supporting start-ups. Additionally, he is the founder and managing member of Kraus Law PLLC, providing fractional GC services to a range of clientele, including emerging growth companies, pre-IPO issuers, and newly public companies.

Beyond his legal endeavours, Kraus actively participates on several non-profit and private company boards of directors, where he lends his expertise in strategic planning, governance, and capital-raising efforts.
